Support Gateway Atelier of Classical Art
Gateway Atelier of Classical Art is dedicated to providing artists with a place to learn, practice, and grow through the study of classical drawing, painting, and sculpture.
As we continue to grow, we are working to reach a wider community of artists and make traditional, skill-based art education accessible to more people. Your support helps us expand our programs, provide meaningful opportunities for artists, invite accomplished artists to teach workshops, and continue building a strong and welcoming creative community in the St. Louis region.
Every contribution, large or small, helps support our mission and allows us to continue serving the art community through education, mentorship, and the preservation of traditional artistic skills.
Thank you for supporting Gateway Atelier of Classical Art and helping us create more opportunities for artists to learn, connect, and thrive.

What People Are Saying
“I actually have a four-year degree in studio art, but I feel like I was never really taught how to draw in the traditional way—with the emphasis on accuracy, observation, and precision.
I’ve only been at Gateway Atelier for a couple of months, and I feel like I’ve learned more about drawing in that time than I did during my entire four-year degree. I’m really happy I found Gateway Atelier.”
— Anne M.
“I decided to come to Gateway Atelier because I wanted to learn how to draw and paint in the classical tradition. I have a fine arts degree, but my education was more concept-based, so I never really learned the fundamentals of drawing and painting.
After just a few weeks at Gateway Atelier, I knew this was the place for me. I’ve now been coming here for almost two years, and I’m so glad I made the decision to begin this journey.”
